No Refund & Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Body Revive Medspa, we are committed to providing high-quality services, treatments, and products to our clients. All clients are asked to review this policy before purchasing products, booking appointments, or purchasing treatment packages.

1. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

All purchases made at Body Revive Medspa are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, aesthetic treatments, skincare products, retail products, prepaid treatment packages, service bundles, promotional offers, and other purchases, whether made in person or online.

No refunds will be provided for completed or unused services, purchased products, prepaid sessions, or remaining balances on treatment packages.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions and ensure they understand the nature of the service or product before completing their purchase.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Body Revive Medspa requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests.

• 24 hours or more in advance: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments without a late-cancellation penalty.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: The full session will be forfeited for appointments booked using prepaid treatment packages.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will forfeit the full prepaid session.
• Individually paid appointments: Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session price.

Forfeited sessions are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated or transferred to another appointment.

3. Prepaid Packages & Treatment Plans

All prepaid treatment packages, service bundles, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their appointments and providing the required 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions forfeited due to late cancellations or missed appointments will be deducted from the client's remaining prepaid package balance.

Unused sessions and remaining package balances are not redeemable for cash.

4. Products

All product sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to skincare products, beauty products, and all other retail items purchased from Body Revive Medspa.

Clients are encouraged to review product details and ask questions before making a purchase.

5. Treatment Results

Individual results may vary depending on the treatment, personal circumstances, and individual response. Dissatisfaction with treatment results or changes in personal circumstances does not qualify a client for a refund under this policy.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy

By purchasing a service, product, or treatment package, or by booking an appointment with Body Revive Medspa, clients acknowledge that they have been informed of and agree to this No Refund & Appointment Cancellation Policy.
